LIP- LOCK Any­one who has ever worn richly pig­mented, long-wear­ing lip­stick will tell you the only down­side is tak­ing it off. It’s a prob­lem that Wende Zom­nir, co-founder of Ur­ban De­cay, knows well. After launching 120 shades of Vice Lip­stick last year, the brand has added won’t-move matte and metal­lic liq­uid lip­sticks. “What if you put one on in the morn­ing and you don’t like how it looks, or at the end of the day you want to change from a bright red to a nude?” asks Zom­nir. “How do you get it off with­out de­stroy­ing your lips?” That strug­gle be­came the im­pe­tus for Melt­down Makeup Re­mover Lip Oil Stick ($18), a clear gelled oil in a travel-friendly tube. Un­like a liq­uid, it doesn’t have the po­ten­tial to leak and ruin every­thing in your purse. (You just swipe it on and then wipe it off.)
