COFFEE BREAK

One of my favourite days of the month is when my ELLE Canada arrives—I so look forward to sitting down with a cup of coffee and the new issue. Reading up on fashion and beauty trends is a way for me to achieve mindfulness. I also liked “Fearless Factor” [ELLE Special, April 2017], in which you advise on managing conflict, pursuing career dreams and handling finances. Thanks for helping me recharge once a month.
