THE MODELS at Brandon Maxwell’s Texas-glam, ’80s-infused spring/summer 2019 show carried oversized clear cases with gilded top handles. But what was inside was just as eye-catching: Maxwell teamed up with milliner Gigi Burris to create a felt topper finished with a playfully-turned-up brim. Consider it a case for putting accessories first.
