British hairstylist Mark Woolley uses sustainably grown roses from his own southern-England estate in his new Electric °C-1 English Rose Serum ($37), a brilliant finisher to add shine to all hair types. “We have our own lab, and we collaborate with our own chemists,” says Woolley. “Our main driver is the performance of our products, but we also have a responsibility to offer these same superior products with less impact on our environment.”
