Whenever we feel overwhelmed about all the progress that still needs to be made so that workplaces are more inclusive, we’ll remember our very inspiring panel discussion with #EqualityForAll, hosted by Salesforce. At the event, ELLE Canada managing editor Carli Whitwell moderated a conversation with Molly Ford, senior director of global diversity programs at Salesforce, and Jodi Kovitz, founder and CEO of #MoveTheDial, that focused on the importance of creating more inclusive and diverse workplaces. That the insightful conversation took place against the backdrop of Toronto’s skyline from the top floor of the Hotel X didn’t hurt either.
