ESCAPE

FOR ME, ESCAPE MEANS being somewhere I’ve never been before and drawing inspiration from it. My girlfriend and I went to the Mua Caves in Ninh Binh, Vietnam, and I was completely captivated by the physical beauty of them. It was the last non-work-related trip I took before the pandemic, and it was the first time in forever that I brought along my camera just to take pictures for myself. It was a challenge because I was trying to get back to the essence of why I do what I do; I was trying not to get caught up in angles or conveying a specific emotion but to free my mind instead.
