Julie Payette welcomed 1,800 guests to Ottawa’s National Arts Centre for the Governor General’s Performing Arts Awards. Among those honoured with a Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award were actress Geneviève Bujold, pianist Angela Hewitt and singer-songwriter Murray McLauchlan, while the 2018 National Arts Centre Award went to Calgary-born twin-sister pop duo Tegan and Sara.  Julie Payette a accueilli 1800 invités au Centre national des Arts d’Ottawa (CNA) pour les Prix du Gouverneur général pour les arts du spectacle. Parmi les lauréats du Prix de la réalisation artistique, citons l’actrice Geneviève Bujold, la pianiste Angela Hewitt et l’auteur-compositeur-interprète Murray McLauchlan. Le Prix du CNA 2018 est allé aux jumelles du duo pop de Calgary Tegan and Sara.
