Though it has just 12 rooms, Hotel Boutique Don Pepe isn’t short on history – the remains of Simón Bolívar were once cached here. Service is beyond attentive, starting with the naranjilla smoothie welcome drink. The rooftop terrace, equipped with a spa and cabanas, offers breathtaking views of the sea. WHAT WE LOVED Swimming a few leisurely laps by moonlight in the groundfloor open-air pool.  Comptant seulement 12 chambres, l’hôtel-boutique Don Pepe, à l’histoire imposante (les restes de Simon Bolivar y ont déjà trouvé refuge), offre un service attentionné qui se traduit par un frappé de bienvenue à la narangille. La terrasse sur le toit, dotée d’un spa et de cabanas, offre une vue imprenable sur la mer.
