CHASSIS & SUSPENSION

• Frame: Original, fully boxed and dimpled; rear notch

• Front suspension: Tubular mustang II; Qa1 coil overs; 700-pound springs; K719 ball joints

• Rear suspension: Stock leaf springs; axle flip; hanger flip; air bags

• Fuel Tank: 20-gallon fuel cell added under bed; relocated filler

• Rear end: 1977 F-100 9-inch housing narrowed; 3:25 gears; Mosier ends; Strange 31 spline axles

• Brakes: GM hydro boost with disc/disc master cylinder; Wildwood proportion­ing valve; NiCopp lines

• Front brakes: GM calipers with ‘03-’08 Dodge Ram 1500 rotors; drilled, slotted, zinc coated

• Rear brakes: GM calipers with 1980 Ford F-150 rotors; drilled, slotted, zinc coated

• Wheels/Tires: 20x8 Detroit Steel Wheels; Fairlane dog dish hubcaps; tires, 235/55/20 front and 285/50/20 rear

• Transmissi­on: GM 4L80E diesel spec transmissi­on by Phoenix Transmissi­on; Compushift II; Lokar shifter

• Exhaust: Turbo back 3 inch aluminized steel

BODY

• Color: Ford Wimbledon White

• Doors: One piece power windows; vent windows deleted

• Tailgate: Ford script brought out flush with tail lights; custom handle pan and handle moved to inside tailgate

• Bed floor: 16 gauge Raised 4 inches with custom wheel wells;

1x1 fabricated structure underneath

• Battery and air compressor: Mounted in compartmen­ts forward of rear wheels

• Inner fender panels: Front inner panels custom made

• Seams filled: All bed, hood and cab seams filled

INTERIOR

• Dash: Dash face recessed; F-600 gauge face added with Speed Hut custom gauges; GPS Speedo

• Steering wheel: 1970 Econoline steering wheel with collar extended over column 1 inch

• Steering column: Shortened 1 inch; base molded into dash

• Seat belts: Mounts relocated to back corners of cab

• Seat: Springs removed, sheet-metal base and back added; 2 inches shorter and 2 inches shallower than stock

• Seat covering: Foam base and back covered in tan leather stitched by Ray Mitchell All Pro Trim And Glass

• Boots: Shifter and emergency break leather boot work by Ray Mitchell All Pro Trim And Glass; trim by owner

• Emergency brake:

Relocated next to drivers’ seat

• Panels: Original door panels; custom kick panels

• Sound system: Kenwood radio; Infinity Kappa amplifier behind seat

• Speakers: 8-inch subwoofer under seat recessed in cab floor; mid-range and tweeters in kick panels

• Insulation: Cab and firewall insulated for noise and heat; six separate types used

• Heating & A/C: Old Air Products A/C unit with PARR Automotive a/c vents

• Wiring: Modified Painless wiring harness

• Transmissi­on computer:

Mounted on board behind seat; remote lying on transmissi­on tunnel

• Hidden components:

Starter solenoid hidden in passenger side rear cab corner; accessory fuse blocks and relays hidden in drivers side rear cab corner
