FOUR CHURCHES, ONE YOUTH MINISTRY

Running a youth ministry is tough in a small church, but not having one often means families go elsewhere. Several Ottawa churches solved this problem by teaming up to form Fusion Youth. The churches jointly fund the youth staff, and youth come each week as one large youth group. The ministry has run for more than ten years and saw significant growth through the pandemic. They now have four churches involved.
