Ukraine’s humanitarian crisis has reached new heights. Over 3 million people – mostly women and children – are fleeing Ukraine while 6.5 million people are seeking safety within the country.

Like us, those affected by this crisis want the best for their families. They were making plans, watching their children grow, getting married, retiring and dreaming. Overnight, their world was shattered. Guided by the biblical principles of justice, compassion and love, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is currently operating on the ground in Ukraine and bordering countries, delivering lifesaving assistance to those impacted by the humanitarian crisis.

A registered nongovernmental organization within Ukraine, the ADRA team of over 50 staff and more than 300 volunteers around the country are working to provide food, shelter, clean water, warm clothes, nonfood items, evacuation assistance and trauma counselling.
