We do not ask you to follow a path, but to chart your own. The Acadia Divinity College four-year, 42-credit Doctor of Ministry program is academically rigorous and ministry focused. It is designed to empower you to lead with purpose.

Advanced courses in the Bible, theology, and practice will prepare you to produce a substantial research project. This project will focus on your area of interest and ministry practice. With students from diverse backgrounds and supervisors with a variety of high-quality expertise, recent successful projects have covered a wide range of areas. These areas have included preaching, youth ministry, disability ministry, spiritual care, antitrafficking, collaborative leadership, deliverance ministry and missional congregations.

Studying with us, you will have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Acadia University campus for initial orientation and graduation. Then our intensive teaching weeks spread throughout the year will allow you to work independently and with others. This makes our program flexible, manageable and affordable.
