A NIGHT TO APPRECIATE PASTORS

Pastoral work became much harder during the pandemic. As the need for pastoral care increased, so did burnout rates. To build up local pastors, One Way Ministries in Ottawa organized a pastoral appreciation night. They invited 250 pastors and their spouses to a catered evening with all expenses paid. The pastors were able to relax and connect with peers before enjoying a rare worship service where they had no responsibilities. At the end of the night, everyone left with a gift.
