When Laura Craig and Sarah Marcus, founders of beauty brand Lines of Elan, noticed that their friends always wanted their bottles replenished, it sparked the idea for a boutique focused on refills. Products are packaged in your own containers or in refillable ones sold at the shop in Scarborough, Ont., which they opened with Julianne Robicheau.
