As Chanel’s global creative makeup and colour designer, makeup artist Lucia Pica continuously explores texture when dreaming up products like liquid powders for lips that leave behind a diffused stain and chunky moisturizing sticks that give a wet glow to skin. Her latest creation is Ombre Première Top Coat ($45 each), designed to add a slight gleam when layered over eyeshadow. “Carte Blanche” is a silvery white, while “Pénombre” is a glossy black with bits of gold.
