At Flexafit, our goal is to help skaters not only get stronger but also pre­vent in­juries through ex­er­cises fo­cus­ing on align­ment of the joints. This sea­son, let’s work on get­ting the deeper core mus­cles stronger and the mus­cle groups around the hips strong to sup­port healthy align­ment of the an­kles, knees and hips.
