What are the hard­est el­e­ments?

"Jumps. They take a lot of train­ing and re­quire strength, height, ro­ta­tion and tech­nique to land."

How has Flexafit’s Off-Ice Train­ing Helped?

''Flexafit has re­ally helped me to im­prove my core strength, bal­ance, jump­ing tech­nique, and in­crease my flex­i­bil­ity. By im­prov­ing the strength in my an­kles and knees I have been able to jump higher and farther. The pro­gram has im­proved to my over­all con­di­tion which is trans­lated into less in­jury. Flexafit not only build strength but from the strength came new sense of con­fi­dence in my abil­ity to skate bet­ter and longer.''

What do you eat af­ter prac­tice?

"Af­ter work out I like to have carbs and pro­teins it helps me to re­pair and re­grow mus­cle pro­teins. (my favourite meals: grilled chicken with roasted veg­eta­bles, egg omelet with avo­cado spread, sal­mon with sweet potato, oat­meal with ba­nana and al­monds)."

What type of boots do you wear?

"Edea, Ice fly."

Where do you dream of com­pet­ing?

''China, be­cause China has so many amaz­ing fig­ure skat­ing fans.''

Do you stretch at home?

"At home I do the splits be­cause it stretches my legs re­ally well and helps to ex­tend my legs on the ice. An­other stretch I do is the bridge, the bridge re­ally helps my back. Hav­ing a flex­i­ble back is very im­por­tant so I can per­fect all my spins and field move­ments that re­quire a flex­i­ble back."

Best com­pe­ti­tion mu­sic?

"When Alina Kos­tornya skated to de­par­ture (lul­laby) be­cause when I hear this mu­sic I can feel it and pic­ture a story on my head."
