Figure Skater Fitness - - FITNESS INSIDER WORKOUTS -

Ly­ing on the back, raise the legs straight up to the ceil­ing. Slowly lower the legs to the side, keep­ing the feet to­gether. Bring the legs back to cen­tre and re­peat the other way.

Try for 10 reps each di­rec­tion for 2-3 sets.
