Ly­ing on the stom­ach, hold a set of 2lbs in each hand, ex­tend­ing the arms in front. Lift the legs off the ground, squeez­ing the gluttes. Pull the hands to the shoul­ders, squeez­ing the shoul­der blades to­gether.

Re­peat 20-30 reps for 2-3 sets. This ex­er­cise can also be done with­out weights.
