Napa & green cabbage rolls

Sweet and soft and slightly frilly, oblong napa cabbage is no oddball. Originatin­g in China, it’s tender enough to be eaten raw in salads, and is often found in dumplings, soups and hello kimchi! Green cabbage is the type most commonly used; it has deep, dense leaves that are great for wrapping things like cabbage rolls or for shredding into slaw.
