Dates stuffed with Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper and prosciutto
Ingredients
1 Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese
18 dried dates, with pits
6 slices prosciutto
Preparation
Open dates lengthwise and remove pits.
Generously stuff dates with
Boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese.
For ideal texture, don’t spread it.
Cut prosciutto into strips about 2 cm wide and wrap around stuffed dates. Enjoy!
