Peel and de­vein 2 lbs (1 kg) jumbo shrimp. Rinse and pat dry with pa­per towel. In a large pot, heat 2½ cups (625 mL) Mas­ter Curry Sauce over medium-high heat. When it comes to a boil, stir in shrimp. Cook, stir­ring oc­ca­sion­ally, un­til shrimp is cooked through, about 5 min­utes. Just be­fore shrimp is ready, stir in one 160-mL can co­conut milk. Sea­son with salt. Stir in ⅓ cup (80 mL) chopped cilantro. Serve with steamed rice or naan. Serves 4 to 6
