1/2 zuc­chini, grated 6 slices of Swedish crisp­bread 1 Boursin® Gar­lic & Fine Herbs cheese 4 tsp. pine nuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

Prepa­ra­tion

Place grated zuc­chini in a clean cloth and squeeze to drain ex­cess wa­ter. Spread the Boursin® Gar­lic & Fine Herbs on the crisp­bread. Add grated zuc­chini and sprin­kle with pine nuts. En­joy!
