Syrah

Syrah­based wines are known for their pep­per­i­ness, so why not am­plify that pi­quancy by in­fus­ing the wine with some black pep­per­corns. To make it even more in­ter­est­ing, add a tbsp

(15 mL) of mo­lasses and a sprig of fresh thyme.
