Fish tacos are a weekly staple in our house since they’re fast, easy and we feel extravirtuous from upping our fish intake. With the salmon you so cleverly cooked ahead they’re even faster and easier to make!

Serve leftovers with a malty ale or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
