Fish tacos are a weekly staple in our house since they’re fast, easy and we feel extravirtu­ous from upping our fish intake. With the salmon you so cleverly cooked ahead they’re even faster and easier to make!

Serve leftovers with a malty ale or a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
