You’ve heard of the Shandy (a classic British libation of beer mixed with ginger beer or lemon pop) and the Radler (its German cousin, made with beer and citrus juice). This is the year of the elevated two-ingredient beer cocktail, a summer drink you can easily cooler-tote to a party for an entertaini­ng solution that’s in the can (or the bottle)! Served over plenty of ice, these drinks can be lengthened with sparkling water or citrus soda to yield up to two cocktails from each can or bottle of beer.
