Aquavit Cosmo

Aquavit, a traditional Scandinavian liquor, is unique for its distinct caraway flavour. We spice up a classic Cosmo with crushed clementines (although you can substitute nectarines or mandarin oranges) and bottle it up in a fun, simple package, perfect for sharing.

4 to 5 clementines, peeled and finely chopped

1 cup (250 mL) vodka

1 cup (250 mL) aquavit

2 cups (500 mL) cranberry juice 1 cup (250 mL) lime juice

1 cup (250 mL) Cointreau

1 Add all ingredients to a pitcher. Stir to mix. Pour into six 8 oz Mason jars, distributing fruit evenly. Chill before serving.

2 To serve to guests, fill a punch bowl halfway with ice, then place Mason jar cocktails into bowl to keep them chilled. Guests can select a jar, remove the lid and use the jar as their drinking glass.
