Gimlet Espresso Martini

Juhyun James Park has created this love child of a classic Gimlet (gin and lime cordial) and the trendy Espresso Martini. In the style of the Toronto establishment where he works, Mother Cocktail Bar, he’s used an inventive mixology technique to create a “clarified” citrusy cordial, infused with coffee flavour. A professional bartender in Taiwan, Korea and Canada for several years, Park was a 2021 finalist in the prestigious Diageo World Class Canada competition. IG @jamespark0518
