RCMP ask­ing for pub­lic’s help in hit and run in­ci­dent

Wood Buf­falo RCMP are ask­ing for the pub­lic’s help re­gard­ing a hit and run in the Tim­ber­lea area.

On Nov. 27 at ap­prox­i­mately 1:30 p.m., of­fi­cers re­sponded to a call of a hit and run col­li­sion near Paul­son Street and Pla­m­on­don Drive. Of­fi­cers say the col­li­sion oc­curred some time be­tween 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

RCMP ob­tained footage that showed a newer dark coloured pickup truck with a snow­mo­bile on a sled deck hit­ting a parked ve­hi­cle that was un­oc­cu­pied.

The RCMP con­tinue to in­ves­ti­gate and are ask­ing any­one with in­for­ma­tion, in­clud­ing surveil­lance footage to con­tact Wood Buf­falo RCMP 780-788-4040.
