SMØRREBRØD WITH GRAVLAX , RADISH & DILL
— Danish food, in particular, is among the best in the Scandinavian region. Copenhagen has quickly become a world capital of gastronomy with the Noma among others, and one of its main attractions is known as smørrebrød: “bread and butter,” or the open sandwich. Here are our versions.
FOR 1 PERSON Ingredients for both slices:
• 3 slices of salmon gravlax (recipe on page XX)
• Cow's Creamery Butter (you can replace with
• a plain yogurt)
• 1 slice of pumpernickel bread from Automne Boulangerie
• 1 radish sliced finely on the mandolin
• Crumbled Sea Bacon from Océans de saveurs
Recipe preparation :
Salmon gravlax, dill and radish
• Butter well the slice of bread
• Place 3 slices of gravlax rolled on the slice of bread
• Place the radish slices on the slice of bread • Season with sea bacon
• Decorate with dill
