Le Chenin Blanc est un cépage fascinant et polyvalent (bulle, sec, demi-sec, moelleux…). Ici un demi-sec que l’on peut presque confondre avec un sec tellement l’acidité le rend vibrant. Pommes compotées, cire d’abeille, agrumes, fleurs blanches, minéral et assez long en bouche. On se délecte tout comme avec tous leurs vins tranquilles et mousseux. Cultivé en bio. Pensons rôti de porc aux pommes.

Chenin Blanc is a fascinating and versatile variety (bubble, dry, semi-dry, mellow…). Here a half-dry that can almost be confused with a dry so the acidity makes it vibrant. Stewed apples, beeswax, citrus, white flowers, mineral and quite long in the mouth. We delight just as with all their still and sparkling wines. Grown in organic. Think roast pork with apples.
