Fruits rouges et noirs, prune, pot-pourri, épices, bois bien intégré, tannins fondus, fumé, cacao, bref un vin complexe. Servir à 16-17 degrés avec un steak ou rôti de boeuf, des côtes levées ou autres viandes grillées et légèrement épicées.
