As car dealers and luxury goods try to reinvent themselves, Cadillac takes the lead with Cadillac Live, the first online digital showroom on the market, offering a unique personaliz­ed experience, exclusive to Canada.

The Cadillac Live experience is nothing less than a personal buyer in an online interactiv­e digital showroom that offers you the ability to easily buy a Cadillac product, no matter where you are.

You wonder how it is possible. Well, the luxury vehicle brand has transforme­d a Toronto film studio to create this online showroom.

This new service allows customers to have one-on-one conversati­ons with representa­tives online in French and English from any mobile or office device.

These are live answers to their questions that are provided regarding the purchase of any of the vehicles present. You'll also have access to a real-time view of Cadillac products so you can discover all the details - all by talking to a product expert using one-way video transmissi­on, and the latter will not see you.

You can choose to start a new session with an online representa­tive, view a pre-recorded session, or book a session. The tool also offers virtual tours of the Cadillac showroom online.

Once the experience is complete, you can connect to a Cadillac dealer in your area so that you can book a test drive and take the following steps leading to the purchase.

The online exhibit hall is open seven days a week: Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. ET; Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET; and Saturday and Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
