The restaurant’s menu is personally designed by Master Chef Man, who has extensive culinary experience in Cantonese cuisine and knowledge of traditiona­l cooking techniques. He has mastered the art of the fine knife works, the longstandi­ng cooking techniques, and delicate heat control skills.

The restaurant menu features classic Cantonese cuisines such as Cantonese barbecue, brine, slow-cooked soup, dim sum, home-style dishes and seafood, in addition to the fish maw, sea cucumber, and abalone cooked in an Imperial Cauldron.
