The restaurant’s menu is personally designed by Master Chef Man, who has extensive culinary experience in Cantonese cuisine and knowledge of traditional cooking techniques. He has mastered the art of the fine knife works, the longstanding cooking techniques, and delicate heat control skills.
The restaurant menu features classic Cantonese cuisines such as Cantonese barbecue, brine, slow-cooked soup, dim sum, home-style dishes and seafood, in addition to the fish maw, sea cucumber, and abalone cooked in an Imperial Cauldron.
