How to be good neighbours

Sandy and Jim Swann sent a letter to their future neighbours at Luther Village to tell them when renovations would begin on their new townhouse, and promising to invite them over once the work wrapped up and they were settled. This summer, they printed and distributed invitations to drop in to an open house between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to see what “all those workers created for us over the summer of 2012.”
