Walper Hotel, Kitchener: Acquired September 2013 along with Perimeter Development Corporation, David Strucke and CK Atlantis Ltd.
Northfield Station, Waterloo: This 4.64-acre site at 137 and 139 Northfield Dr. W. is currently under development with a completion targeted for late 2014. An existing building is being developed into loft-style office space. Another building is being constructed. Two major tenants so far: Cineplex Digital Solutions and MNP LLP.
Guelph Hyundai, 765 Woodlawn Rd. W., Guelph: This new dealership, complete with showroom and service bays, is to be completed this spring.
Mammoet Development Projects in Alberta and Ontario: Headquartered in the Netherlands, Mammoet is a leading provider of heavy lifting and transport services. Zehr projects include a 2008 development project in Edmonton, and two projects currently under construction, one in Puslinch and one in Fort MacKay, Alberta.
