One Perfect Location
By 1989 Joan was ready for a change. “I realized I wasn’t in the store and doing what I loved anymore.” She happened upon a paint store for sale, and despite earnest warnings not to move to the east end of Kitchener, bought it on the spot, transforming its ugly red brick into a chic white stucco façade surrounded by gardens. European lines such as Luisa Cerano and Laurel provide contemporary fashion for daytime, while Canadian King of Glamour, Wayne Clark, wows with his red carpet ready gowns for evening. Special events like the Coat Trunk Show (scheduled for September 28th as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations) give clients’ choices that they won’t find anywhere else.
