• Es­tab­lished as a small com­mu­nity col­lege in 1967, Con­estoga Col­lege cur­rently has 13,000 full-time stu­dents at­tend­ing classes in Kitch­ener, Water­loo, Cam­bridge, Guelph, Strat­ford, Inger­soll and Brant­ford

• Each year, 38,000 con­tin­u­ing ed­u­ca­tion stu­dents take spe­cial-in­ter­est cour­ses or work to­ward a diploma.

• In 2001, Con­estoga launched its first de­gree pro­gram. To­day there are more than a dozen in en­gi­neer­ing, busi­ness, health, com-mu­nity ser­vices and the arts. One day it plans to of­fer masters pro­grams.
