Tay­lor Martin was the first chef to rep­re­sent Con­estoga Col­lege’s culi­nary pro­gram in France at the In­sti­tut Paul Bo­cuse. Ear­lier this year, Martin was a guest chef with Les Mar­mi­tons – Water­loo Re­gion. Writer Alex Bielak is a co-founder of the men’s cook­ing group, which pro­vided a $1,000 schol­ar­ship to Martin to help pay for her stud­ies in France.
