Seven El Cap Routes in Seven Days

have completed seven El Cap routes in seven days. They set four new speed records and had to get up at 4 a.m. each day to avoid the heat. They climbed between 6,000 and 7,000 metres of granite during their El Cap blitz. “A great adventure with a great partner. Now it’s time to rest up a few days,” said Honnold on his Facebook page. The routes they climbed are: New Jersy Turnpike A4 5.10, Tangerine Trip A2 5.8, Eagles Way A3 5.8, Nose C2 5.9, Lurking Fear C2 5.7, Zodiac A2 5.7, Triple Direct C2 5.8.
