Putain Strates Offerts at Col du Marocaz, Spain, his f ir st 5.14 onsight. The fol lowing day, he made a one-day ascent of Tonnerre d’Orage 5.14c. He said of the send, “Did this one in a day. My f irst tr y I couldn’t f igure out one crux move. On the second tr y I f inal ly f ig ured it out and on the third tr y, I sent. We walked out in the dark.”
