do you love about ice and mixed climbing? I love the physical movement of both ice and mixed climbing. The “thunk” of a perfectly swung ice stick, and the gymnastic movement and combined accuracy with explosive power of harder mixed routes. I also like the mental aspect of both. For ice, the complete trust in my decision making and judgment and focus, and with mixed the mental battle to hold on when you don’t think you can anymore.
