The Trango Alp Evo gtx is a new three-season alpine climbing boot. Great for fall alpine climbing where hybrid crampons are required. Water repellent leather upper and robust inner injection system keeps the boot almost fully waterproof. The insoles have seven millimetres of tough nylon and the midsoles are designed to absorb shock on rocky terrain. With Vibram soles, the boots handle well on slippery scree. They edge as well as any boot. Use gaiters in deep snow to keep the tongue dry. Recommended for shoulder season alpine and easy ice.
