New Hard B.C. Mixed Routes

Adam Tutte made the first ascent of Kelowna’s 60- metre Christie Falls WI6 in 2014. He later bolted a few mixed routes on the steep rock behind it and i nvited Tim Emmett to try them in January 2017. Emmett made quick work of them and sent Rumble in the Bronks M10 35 m and Fireball 101 M10 35 m. Emmett noted after, “Rumble i n the Bronks starts with some really fun climbing on ice then powerful moves through the roof and i ncredibly tenuous hooking as the angle eases. Connecting the ice and then finishing at the top of this was tremendous.”
