1. Climbers should be on lead. 2. Climbers should not be in the shade. 3. Keep all of the climber in the frame. 4. Think layout, where text would go. 5. Posing works, but don’t be dangerous. 6. Sunset and sunrise are the golden hours. 7. No other climbers in photo. 8. Move gear away from base of the cliff. 9. Try to get the climber’s eyes. 10. Bright clothes are better than earth tones.
