Gripped - - 10 QUESTIONS -

How are you train­ing? Lead­ing up to June, it’s my plan to do lots of long hikes with weights, in­ter­val train­ing and then sup­ple­ment­ing that with ice climb­ing. I be­lieve i n over­all f it­ness, in­clud­ing car­dio and up­per- and lower­body strength. Ide­ally, I’d like to take two weeks and go climb in Cha­monix or higher peaks in South Amer­ica but we need $ 100,000 for our K2 trip and I’m fo­cus­ing on rais­ing funds for that.
