New 5.13R in Squamish

Stu Smith is at it again in 2018 with a new bold 5.13 route at Quercus Cliff in Murrin Park near Squamish. The climb has a sideways and downward dyno to a thin crimp. “At the very end Vorpal Sword, you follow a seam out right via crimps ending with a downward dyno onto a smooth jug,” said Smith. “In my opinion it adds a letter grade to the route and an R rating.” He called his new 5.13R Revenge of The Jabberwock.
