climb there. The team started out as Luke Holloway, Carmen Cross Johnson, Colleen Weeks and I for the boating of the Little Nahanni and hiking to the Cirque. Pat Goodman met us at the Cirque when the girls f lew out. During the first week, we climbed the classic Lotus Flower Tower’s 18- pitch Southwest Face 5.10+. We got on Riders on the Storm, but didn’t summit and climbed some new terrain that didn’t lead anywhere. Then, we set in on the real objective: to free climb something new. We headed next door to the Lotus Flower Tower and started in on its sister tower, Tara Tower, which was named by Carl Austrom
