One of the best pieces of the year that can act as a mid-layer or outer layer. The SL stands for superlight, so be careful around sharp rock. This is a quality jacket that is surprisingly warm considering its weight. It’s not bulky and has a handy stuff sack. There’s a slick hood adjustment and the elastic cuffs help keep the elements out. Highly recommended.
