Three Climbers Free The Nose

Austrian climber Babsi Zangerl and South Tyrol climber Jacopo Larcher freed The Nose on El Capitan after six days of climbing. Their ascents came a few days after Belgian climber Seb Berthe freed the classic line. Zangerl and Larcher attempted The Nose in 2018, but the route was too wet. They had to wait for a few other parties this year, but after sending the Great Roof, they rested for a day and then climbed to the top.
