Three Climbers Free The Nose

Aus­trian climber Babsi Zangerl and South Ty­rol climber Ja­copo Larcher freed The Nose on El Cap­i­tan af­ter six days of climb­ing. Their as­cents came a few days af­ter Bel­gian climber Seb Berthe freed the clas­sic line. Zangerl and Larcher at­tempted The Nose in 2018, but the route was too wet. They had to wait for a few other par­ties this year, but af­ter send­ing the Great Roof, they rested for a day and then climbed to the top.
